Architecture and History
Built in the 1960s on a cliff on the Costa Brava by architects Bosch and Aymerich, this 5-star hotel was transformed into private apartments in 2003. The artistic essence of the era still lingers in the lobby and hallways, where the original decorations crafted by artists and artisans endure.
Swimming Pool
The jewel of this community is its infinity-edge saltwater pool, which creates the sensation of being aboard a ship as you enjoy the water and the surroundings of the Ses Negres marine park.
Private Cala
Cap Sa Sal offers its residents exclusive access to charming private cala equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, which you can conveniently reach by elevator
Parking
Parking is free. There are 40 parking spots inside around the round about and other 100 spots outside the gate. There are no assigned spots. You can park on both sides from the shield ´ ¨P ¨ shown in the picture.
Electric Car Charger
This high speed electric charger is place next to the main gate. Charging cost is not included.
Mini Golf
Mini Golf is a free activity you can enjoy. Clubs and ball are available at the reception. Don´t forget to bring them back.
Gym
A small gym is available to our over 18 guests. Please ask for the key and location at the reception.
Padle tenis
The padle courts are just outside our community. Please reserve and pay the court rental fee at the reception. You can also rent raquets and balls.
